July website review, completed changes

Every item from the July mark-up document (received 15 July 2026) has been built and is live on the staging site for your review. This page lists what changed, section by section.

Header (site-wide)

Dropdown menus fixed. Hovering a menu such as Services now keeps the dropdown open so any item (for example Events) can be selected. Verified across Services, Insights and Who We Help.

Home page

"The Ascott" removed from the rolling engagement logos.
Scalable Law now shows the supplied logo instead of a text wordmark.
Baby Bunting logo enlarged.
Australian Lawyers and Advocates logo enlarged.
The Queensland Law Society logo added.
The Law Society of South Australia logo added.
Quest Apartments summary now reads "playbooks, templates, and clause libraries".
The I-MED Radiology case study has been removed from the home page and stored safely offline until the engagement is complete. Nothing was deleted.
Font sizes standardised in "The advisor behind the work" section.
Calendly embedded in the "Book a call" section, showing the live 45-minute consultation calendar.
The web form now delivers to meddy@everinghamlegal.com. Delivery was upgraded to authenticated email on a dedicated sending domain, tested end to end, so enquiries reliably reach the inbox rather than being dropped as unauthenticated mail.

Case studies page

Sub-heading changed to "How we help our clients" and the page heading to "Recent Engagements".
New introduction: "While every legal team is different in size, services, and complexity, we've demonstrated how any legal team can realise the benefits of technology and AI."
I-MED Radiology and Craveable Brands case studies set aside (removed from the page, preserved offline).
"How these were won" and "A note on anonymisation" sections deleted.
Summary paragraphs replaced with your new copy for Peak USG, Quest Apartments, and Australian Lawyers and Advocates.

Case study: Peak Utility Services Group

Retitled to "Peak Utility Services Group" with the sub-heading "How we help our clients".
New opening paragraph (Colorado utility, 7 subsidiaries).
Stat band updated: 14 weeks with the new description, "Channel" replaced by "Executive Sponsor" (GC and CIO), and "Stack" replaced by "Market Analysis" (20 vendors considered, 1 selected).
Engagement context, the six-point Work performed list, and the Outcome all replaced with your new copy.

Case study: Quest Apartments

Retitled to "Quest Apartments" with the new sub-heading and introduction.
Stat blocks updated: Engagement (Managed Service), Scope of Work (People, process, and systems), Complexity (50+ document types), each with your descriptions.
Engagement context, the six-point Work performed list, and the Outcome replaced with your new copy.
Quote replaced and attributed to Matthew Eddy.
"Services applied" section deleted.

Case study: Australian Lawyers & Advocates

Retitled to "Australian Lawyers & Advocates" with the new sub-heading and introduction.
Stat blocks updated: Engagement (Fractional Growth Officer), Scope of Work (AI and growth engine), Productisation (Fixed-fee product set), each with your descriptions.
The two phase lists replaced with the single Fractional Growth Officer work list (five items).
Engagement context and Outcome replaced with your new copy.
Quote replaced and attributed to Matthew Eddy, Founder.

Greyscale logo images: Kate is organising for these to be swapped out with our web development team, so every logo in the engagement roster presents cleanly.
Everything above is on the staging site only. The live site remains untouched until you give the go-ahead, at which point the cutover is seamless on our side with no action needed from you.
